Here you will find all the important information about our shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, weight of the order, and order value.
Shipping within Germany:
- Orders under €100: Shipping costs €5.95.
- Orders from €100: Free shipping.
Shipping within the European Union (EU):
- Up to 3 kg: Shipping costs €14.95.
- Up to 15 kg: Shipping costs €29.95.
- Over 15 kg: Shipping costs €39.95.
Shipping to European countries outside the EU:
- Up to 3 kg: Shipping costs €29.95.
- Up to 10 kg: Shipping costs €39.95.
- Over 10 kg: Shipping costs €49.95.
International shipping (outside of Europe):
- Worldwide: Flat shipping fee of €49.95.
Free shipping:
For orders over €200, we offer free shipping within the EU and worldwide. This shipping is handled by DHL.
Shipping partner:
We ship with our trusted partner DHL to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.
Processing and delivery times:
- All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- The delivery time within Germany is typically 2-5 business days.
- For shipping within the EU and to other European countries, please expect a delivery time of 5-7 business days.
- International deliveries may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and shipping partner.
Customs fees:
Please note that additional customs fees and/or import taxes may apply to orders from abroad. These costs must be covered by the buyer and may vary depending on the destination country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Self-collection:
Of course, you can also pick up your order during our opening hours. To do so, select "Self-collection" when placing your order. Usually, your order will be ready for pickup on the same day.
